My daughter talked me into trying Terramin Clay after she discovered how well it improved the looks and health of a parrot that she had recently "rescued" from a bad environment. She discovered that the clay can be used by humans too and that it can remove toxins like mercury from your body and add minerals for bone health and improve digestion.

So when I first heard about Terramin, I thought the usual thoughts about marketing hype and that the statements looked too good to be true. What got me really interested was when I read about the US astronauts using the clay while in space to reduce bone loss from low/no gravity environments for long periods of time.

For the last 2 years I had been having problems with a "bum" knee which was causing me to think about dropping some of my favorite sports - golf and bowling - because the twisting motions in these sports was causing me much pain. I was wearing a knee brace for just about any physical activity. I was also having issues with acid reflux and heartburn. Needless to say, I was down in the dumps because I just didn't feel like my old self any more.

So, after reading about the clay's benefits and that it was being used by US astronauts, I decided to try the Terramin Clay as an experiment. I was doubtful, but thought that anything that might help even a little would be better than nothing. Boy was I surprised! After only 2 weeks, I started to forget that my knee hurt. I found myself going out and "forgetting" to put on my brace. I got more and more active. After 4 weeks or so on the clay, my knee pain was completely gone. And I had been experiencing the pain for at least 2 years straight, so to me, this was a miracle. I also discovered that I had more energy and that my heartburn problem had disappeared. I quit taking antacids altogether as I no longer needed them.

At least in my case, Terramin Clay has been a lifesaver. I take the powder at night before bed mixed with a glass of veggie juice. It has made a big difference in my life and I will continue taking it and recommend it to anyone with similar problems to mine.
