Reiki is a Japanese bodywork technique for stress/anxiety reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing by improving energy flow to the body. The purpose of a Reiki session is multi-faceted and may address a specific issue(s) such as:

All clients must fill out a Client Intake and an Informed Consent Form before their first session.  Certain modalities have different forms depending on services provided.  For your convenience, you may download these forms in advance by clicking on the respective link below, and complete the form at your leisure.  If you are unable to complete the forms ahead of time, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your appointment so that you may fill out the form in our office.
